Intake
The brief
Before having a website, Standard College Ntungamo faced limited online visibility, relying mainly on physical visits, word-of-mouth, and local communication channels to reach students and parents. This made it difficult for the school to attract learners from wider regions or to effectively compete with institutions that had a strong digital presence.
The school also lacked a centralized platform to showcase its academic programs, achievements, and facilities. Important information such as admissions, school activities, and performance updates was not easily accessible to the public, which reduced engagement with prospective parents and students.
Another challenge was communication inefficiency, as inquiries about admissions, requirements, and school operations had to be handled manually through phone calls or in-person visits. This created delays and limited the schoolΓÇÖs ability to respond quickly to prospective students.
Additionally, the school had limited branding consistency and digital identity, making it harder to build a strong reputation online. Without a structured online presence, it was difficult to present the school as a modern and competitive educational institution. -

Delivery
How we worked
After the development of a website, Standard College Ntungamo significantly improved its online visibility, making it easier for students and parents to find information about the school through search engines. This expanded its reach beyond the local community.
The website provided a centralized platform where academic programs, admissions guidelines, school news, and achievements could be clearly presented. This improved transparency and made it easier for stakeholders to understand what the school offers.
Communication also became more efficient, as the website provided structured information that reduced the need for repetitive inquiries. Parents and students could now access key details at any time, improving convenience and response time.
Overall, the website strengthened the schoolΓÇÖs brand identity and professionalism. It positioned Standard College Ntungamo as a more modern and accessible institution, improving trust, visibility, and competitiveness in the education sector. -
